Financing Producer Collectives has been one of the thrust areas of NABKISAN and last six years of experience in lending to more than 750 FPOs has placed NABKISAN in a leadership role. NABKISAN continues to innovate flexibe debt instruments for the Producer Organisations to suit their needs.

The MFIs have succeeded in reaching out to millions of low income clients and furthering the broader national objective of financial inclusion. These institutions depend on banks and other financial institutions for mobilizing resources for extending loans to the clients. Recognizing this requirement of MFIs, NABKISAN extends loan assistance to them.

Given the emerging opportunities in the field of Agriculture and MSME Sector, NBFCs have entered into these sectors by extending financial services to clientele from low economic segment by leveraging technology and designing innovative products. Taking into account the potential available and to reach out to excluded segments through these NBFCs, NABKISAN extends financial assistance to such NBFCs.

NGOs/trusts/Section 8 companies have, as part of their activities, lend to individuals/groups for taking up various investment activities that contribute to the holistic development of the Society. Financial assistance to such entities is normally not extended by main stream financing institutions for various reasons depriving economic opportunities to the target group supported by these entities. NABKISAN provides financial assistance to such entities.

With the defragmented land holding pattern in India, Agri Corporate is an alternate solution to benefit from scale in production and marketing. Agri Corporates play a significant role in transferring the income from the consumers to the farmers. Considering the capital required for such companies, NABKISAN provides financial assistance to them.

Agri Start-ups innovate, develop and commercialize indigenous ideas, innovations and technologies / products / services in agriculture. In order to support the start-ups entering the death valley phase where they end up winding up due to non availability of additional funding, NABKISAN has introduced a new debt product, with the support of NABARD.

NABKISAN has collaborative arrangements with various Government agencies to benefit the FPOs.
