Smt.P.V.Bharathi was the MD & CEO of Corporation Bank. She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Economics and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute Bankers. Prior to this, she has served in various capacities such as Executive Director, General Manager and Chief Risk Officer heading the Risk Management wing in Canara Bank. She has also served in the Hong Kong Branch of the Bank. She has a vast and rich experience in handling large Corporate Credit, MSME, Retail and Priority Sector, Risk Management, HR, IT, Financial inclusion and international operations.

Shri. Emmanuel Murray works with Caspian Impact Investment adviser Pvt. Ltd., as a Senior Advisor, supporting the development of the Food and Agribusiness Ecosystem. In this role, he works with numerous Agri Startups and Incubators and other Ecosystem players. He is a B.Com(Honours) and Postgraduate in Rural Management from IRMA Anand, and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has 36 years of work experience, including 25 years with NABARD and 5 years heading the operations of a large imapct focussed NBFC.

Shri Jayant Kumar Dash is a former Executive Director of Reserve Bank of India with 35 years of experience in various positions, mainly in the areas of regulation and supervision of banking as well as non-banking entities. Under deputation, he held the responsibilities of the CFO of Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation for more than six years. A Wharton alumnus, and with a Master’s in Economics, his professional accreditations span governance, fraud examination, data analytics, cyber law, digital finance, strategic innovation, platform strategy and advanced management, among others.

Shri Lalit Kumar Vaid, MSc (Chemistry) and CAIIB, is a retired General Manager of Canara Bank and was the Chairman in Shreyas Grameen Bank. He also worked as the Chief Vigilance Officer in The New India Assurance Company Ltd. He has approximately 36 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector.

Shri Srinivasan Ramesh is currently serving as Chief General Manager, NABARD. An Agriculture Graduate with a Master's degree in Business Management and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), he brings over 25 years of diverse experience in agricultural and rural development finance, project financing, credit planning, and development initiatives. He has held various key positions across NABARD's Regional Offices and previously served as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of NABKISAN. He has also contributed as a Senior Consultant with NABARD Consultancy Services, leading several consultancy assignments. Shri Srinivasan Ramesh was a member of the Government of India's Working Group on Financing Linkages under the 10,000 FPOs Scheme.

Shri R Inigo Arul Selvan is currently serving as Chief General Manager with NABARD at Head Office, Mumbai. He brings with him more than twenty-seven years of experience in apex development bank (NABARD) in diversified areas like Project Appraisal, Infrastructure Financing, District Credit Planning, Consulting Services, Micro Finance and Financial Inclusion, Board Secretaries and HR.

He has served in different capacities in the states of West Bengal, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu besides current posting at NABARD Head Office, located in Mumbai. He has served as a Nominee Director on the Board of (erstwhile) Chaitanya Godavari Gramin Bank.

Shri Selvan is a postgraduate in Agricultural Sciences and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He also holds an MBA degree in Financial Services Management, GARP and certification in “Sustainability and Climate Risk”.

Shri Chandrasekaran V is currently serving as General Manager of Indian Bank and nominee director on the Board of NABKISAN. He is an Agriculture Graduate and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has also successfully completed the IIBF's Certified Credit Professional programme. He has diversified experience of more than 29 years in the field of banking. His business development background comes from his strategic positioning as Zonal Manager in the field for almost 05 years put together in different zones like Mumbai and Chenai. Currently, Shri Chandrasekaran serves as director on the board of Tamil Nadu Grama Bank also.

Shri C.A Rishab, IAS is the Deputy Secretary to Govt., Finance Department, Govt. of Tamilnadu and Nominee Director on the Board of NABKISAN. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Public Management. Prior to this he had served as Systems Engineer at Infosys, Assistant Collector of Kanyakumari, Sub- Collector of Periyakulam and Cheranmahadevi and as Additional Collector of Tiruvallur and Tiruvannamalai Districts.

Shri Immanuvel Ganesan is a General Manager at NABARD with over 23 years of rich and diverse experience in the financial sector. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and is professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary. Additionally, he is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), reflecting his strong foundation in banking and financial services. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities, including business combinations, resource mobilisation and fund raising, leadership of the legal function, and implementation of information technology systems.

He brings significant expertise in project finance, tax compliance, formulation of accounting policies and frameworks, finalisation of financial statements, and implementation of regulatory and accounting standards such as Ind AS and Basel III. He has also played a key role in strengthening governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices across organisations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NABKISAN Finance Limited from June 2023 to May 2026, where he contributed meaningfully to financial management, strategic planning, and the Company’s growth initiatives.
